I had a Baby Tender Love. She was my favorite baby for years. I'd put her in a bath and wash her hair and my Mom loved that her hair always came back all nice and fluffly and shiny and beautiful. I had my own little crib for her, too. Oh, memories...I see some of the stuff on ebay, from time to time. I look up old games I had as a kid and they're there! I'm SO tempted to buy them, but my daughter (kids in the techno age) would poo poo them, for sure! My kids hate our "old" Christmas shows saying they're "old fashioned" and weird. Except for the Grinch and Charlie Brown. No pixar animation...They should make them over doing the Pixar stuff. Happy Christmas paula

Congrats, Shel! Hubby was away and came back and man do you two work fast!!! Your hormones will be working overtime from here on out. Your levels will be doubling daily...Make sure you're taking ALL of your vitamins. I'm so happy that you're healthy for this pregnancy. Will you have to go off any of your meds? I took Zoloft and small amounts of Ativan throughout both of my pregnancies...If I didn't, I would have had two miserable pregnancies being in bed all the time not being able to handle life. Having kids was the best thing I did for myself and my mental health. It took the focus off of "me" and I grew up A LOT! Again...congrats. Any questions...just ask. Join an online forum for the month of your due date...I was part of one for five years. It was great! Paula

and not my happy cheery self ...I know I haven't been around much. I been feeling moody and tired and run down, I thought with today being 1 yr anniversary of my mom passing that maybe that is what was effecting me. I got a call yesterday because I had blood work done the day before...Turns out it's not depression, well not all of it...Santa brought us a baby this year, yep you heard right...a baby. We are due the first week of September Merry Christmas. Shel

Give yourself time. Tell your bf that you have not been by yourself in __ __ years and you want to try it for a while. ( after all who says he can't visit... lol ) As far as the alimony I would take it as long as he is offering it and also the pension. You could always put it away for a rainy day so when you really need it you will have it. Tell your family they haven't been in your shoes so they don't know what you have been thru . If they can't give you support you don't need the negativity... Good Luck, Sandy

I LOVE getting presents!!!! I won't lie and anyone that says they don't enjoy it isn't telling the whole truth I absolutely loved opening all the stuff you sent me! (shhhhhh don't tell but I think they will all be my favorite presents ) and I LOVE surprises (sorry Paula) Okay donna honey pay attention - - I take 4 strands of white lights and wrap them tighly around the trunk of the tree (most of the time scratching my arms up to no end but it's worth it) then I put the colored lights on the branches of the tree - the lights can NOT blink! I can't deal with blinking lights on my tree - it drives me crazy (crazier than I already am) I just adore Christmas - it makes me feel like a little girl inside and I think I smile the entire month of December - I have always tried to make it the most special day for my girls and so far it's worked! love you lots...Linda

oh Heidi I laughed out loud when I read about believing in Santa!! That was funny. And I can't imagine anything more special than your daughter singing O Holy Night. It might not have appropriate, but too bad you couldn't have taped it in church?? love donna
