Get some of those 1/2 c small sealer cups to take with you. Raisins, nuts, chopped fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, tuna salad, egg salad, veggie mix, string cheese, cheese slices. I think the banana is fine because your eating it as fuel before you work out witch is good because if you don't have the fuel to burn then the body burns the muscle, with the fuel the body will burn that while you exercise and then cut into stored calories and they will continue to burn when the workout is over. I'm having cheesepuffs because I'm craving them and I'm not feeling guilty because I have to add in 300-400 more cal a day including more carbs to ensure the baby gets what it needs and wants. Cheesepufss pretzles 25 puffs 48 sticks 140 cal 100 cal 13g carbs 23g carbs 2 g sugar 2 g sugar 1 g protine 2g protine I do eat the pretzels also I don't worry much about either one because I eat maybe a serving of cheesepuffs a day , and am lucky to get 1/2 a serving of pretzels. I did a lot of thinking and chose those that way once the baby comes I can eat celery, radishes and things like that and still have the crunch effect and I never really liked bread anyway. I also added in mashed or baked potato(1/4-1/2 a c) and rice (about 1/4 c) I was advised to eat whatever i could keep down because I had to eat more. Thats what i am doing eating cheesepuffs...lol Hugs, Shel

I drink allot more skim milk now that I am pregnant again at least 32 oz a day thats 8 g of protine per glass or basically 1 g per oz..lol, It also helps me to fill in the extra 300-400 Cal they want me to get in for the baby now. When I first had the surgery and wasn't eating alot I would drink it because it was nutritious, tasted good and was a quick fix for protine. I would say try whats it gonna hurt unless your lactose intolerant. Hugs, Shel

Hi all, I've been MIA, I'm sorry... I've been having a huge amount of computer issues and have not had the connectivity I need to keep in touch! I've now lost 185 lbs... yes, 185, isn't that awesome? What's better is that I wore a size 12 dress for Christmas... I'm working on getting pictures of that that aren't all fuzzy and blurry, but so far nada... let's just say that I look fabulous!! No man in my life, seems they prefer to beat a path to your door when you're fat... why is that? Oh well, I'm healthy, happy, and content with my life right now, what more can a girl ask for? As always, it's easier to reach me through email because I can check that from work... hope to hear from you, miss you all!! Hugs! Rachel

Husband and I are still living together. He knows all about my friend I told him everything. and he said it is okay. He wants to stay married and he said i can still see my boyfriend. Well this is so strange. He lets me go over there and everything.... I need to file for a divorce and end this. Why would my husband let this go on. Why wont he let go. He calls me up over there now. This is so weird. Does he really think we can continue to live like this. He is acting like we are room mates. Do you guys think this can work out? I stay over there at his house. He just acts like its nothing, Hummmm I just dont get it. Daughters are in shock and said this is the strangest marraige they have ever seen. But we do get along better now that we are ( Room mates) Take Care Barb

I hear you. I've never totally suscribed to the carbs are bad philosophy. I don't dump on them other than sugar. I just know eatting them isn't my priority. Protein is. Good luck with the exercise. I think it has been the key for me.

Yea sometimes I just feel like I need more food. Sometimes its hard to tell if it is an emotional need or a physical need. But so far so good. Thanks for the advice.
