Morning Betsy, I am thinking of cutting out all the carbs again. I have gone back to having a protein drink in the morning. I know that I am adding the calories, but I need to start some where. I think boredom is a big part of my night time eating, but when I am in the office I am so busy and still am thinking about food. Let you know how I make out thanks for the support donna

I am glad things are starting to improve for you. You do deserve it. I never made a goal list like that. There were things in my head that I thought...the biggest one was being able to use a normal towel ... which i can now.. I've had a struggling marriage for years. I am just to scared of change to do anything about it. My dh.(dumb husband???) is hard to live with, we fight most of the time. which i know isn't good for my kids, but it's easier to stay than leave. I am glad goal 33 was answered for you

I've been stuck also between 161-165 for a couple months. It's very frustrating. but of course I havent been eating right and I also have been more hungry too. not really exercising either....I plan on joining gym next month hopefully that will help. I haven't really measured myself but a coupl pairs of capris i wore when it was warmer out fit a little looser. Oh well atleast i am sorta maintaining.

Stuck and been that way since November! I vary between 194-200..even hit 201 the other morning!! Then back down to 198 the next. it is so frustrating! i know its lack of exercise, so Im looking into Curves. My docs office said they have a special if you are a WLS patient. Just take a letter fromt him and they will drop the registration fee. Im gonna check on that, I think it may just be this area. I know I have been falling into the old panic attack area of dieting that I lived in before surgery. Im thrilled that I lost 130 pounds and wear size 12-14,,but Im scared I wont lose any more or will even gain. So, I was glad to see your post!! Looks like most of us are struggling at this date in the journey. we can get back on track, lets balme it on the weather......

Glad to see your post Donna,,cause Im there with you! Ive really been stressing about it too!!! Im seriously thinking about fasting a day to get some of the junk out of my system, Im thinking its maybe carbs that are causing it, or maybe just plain boredom. i dont know, if you find an answer, please share!

I can't seem to help it any more. I am always hungry. I will eat until full- way past the amount everyone else seems to be eating and then 20 minutes later I am hungry again. Believe it or not the more heavy protein I have the less I can eat and I seem starved shortly after... help I will have steak- 4oz_+ then vegetables + then salad. I don't drink with meals. I don't know....It just doesn't stay with me. donna

I love it Bean---- I am so going to enjoy this journey with all the updates we hope to get. My youngest was known as baby M. I believe his older brother named him that. In the long run we ended up calling him Marcus. kind of funny. Hope Bean doesn't end up being Beanus or Beano or something.... donna
