Topic: RE: MY PROFILE!
Kelly, I think if you go into 'my account' there is something that says 'new profile' and 'old profile'. It should be there. I think just one can be viewed though. it was a total pain for me, but I finally transfered everything over. but now I'm so sick of it I haven't updated in awhile. But check out the my account.

Topic: and I walked away
The office next to mine always has a candy dish that is always filled. His favorite vacation is Hershey Park Pa. I had avoided this for well over a year after the surgery but had been dipping in here and their lately.
TODAY I WALKED AWAY..... I had actually gone into the office lifted the cover off the jar and paused and went running back to my office.
It is the start to the last 20 pounds.....

Kelly there is a way to get to your old profile. I just don't remember how. Go onto the main board and look for dame tooter- she will help. All may not be lost.

Topic: MY PROFILE!
Awww, my profile is completely gone! Grrr...I'm so dumb! So, I thought, hey, I'll update my profile a bit. Went in and saw they have a new format and it asked if I wanted to change it to the new one. I clicked okay, thinking that it would just convert all my old blogs onto the new format. WRONG! Now, I don't have anyway of getting all that stuff I wrote on there two years ago on. I WISH I wouldn't have done that without copy and pasting! Man, that's aweful. I really thought it would be there for me to look back on. Anybody else experience this or am I the only dummy?

Topic: RE: always hungry
Hi there,
I understand the hunger thing, as well. I've discussed this with my sister, too. She's almost 7 years out and faces the same thing. We can only eat a little bit at a time, but then, later on maybe an hour? we're hungry again! Of course, I tend to drink liquids all the time, water, s.f. tea, s.f. lemonade, etc. That most likely doesn't help, since it pushes the foods on through.

Topic: RE: josh up date
Oh Ila, I'm so sorry about Josh. Know we are all here sending up prayers for your whole family. God bless you all.
Hugs,

Topic: RE: Still stuck.....anyone else ???
Wow, this seems to be a common problem!
I didn't realize so many of us were getting stuck. Anyway...oooooh yeah, I can sympathize. The longer out we are, the easier it's getting to pick up old habits. I'm aweful at it too. I've only lost 110# and want to lose another 66# to reach 150#. That's alot for 5'3, but I'm trying to be realistic. I've made small changes like no sugar in tea and no pepsi (yes, sorry but I had been drinking a 20 oz. a day of regular almost daily.
) Not much makes me dump except bready type things and ice cream. It takes a very conscious decision at every turn to decide what to put in my mouth. I get home from work and my first impulse is to eat something. It's that way with my kids and hubby too though. Like, ahhh, we're home, staking our claim, relax in the comfort of familiarity. It's too bad but human around here. I do tend to reach for deli ham or turkey and a slice or two of cheddar, it's protein at least. However, other times, I just succumb to whatever everyone else is eatting.
SO, anyway, everyday is a new day, every night in bed I plan for how things will be different tomorrow, I'm just not very good about following through!

Topic: RE: Don't forget your supplements!
Thanks, you two, for your encouragement.
Donna, I'm glad you're anal about your vitamins!
I try to be most of the time. The only thing I forget is the calcium pill, since we need to take that a few hours after the others. I need to though! Osteoporosis runs in my family!
I will keep trying, for always. And coming back is something I do alot, I just don't reply much, but I'm here.
Love everyone here, we ARE in the same boat, I know.
Thanks bunches,
Kelly

Topic: RE: always hungry
I'm pretty much there too. Although I'm not usually physically hungry. I'm having some stress and want to eat more. But, I definately don't stay full that long. I eat a lot too.
Topic: RE: always hungry
Morning Heidi, that seems like a small amount of food to me.
Here is yesterday.
am: 2 pieces of chocolate- don't usually do this they were sitting there.
Dunkins donuts large decaf
Breakfast: Kashi crunch cereal 1 cup with 1/2 cup lowfat milk
another cup coffee
Lunch: 4 oz pork with 1 oz cheese, 1/2 cup applesauce, 1 12 cup salad (spray dressing)
1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries.
another cup coffee
Dinner: 1 cup ground pork, peppers, onions and 2 cups pineapple
Whipped cream and 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup popcorn
grand total was 1448 cal, 132 carb and 109 protein
I suppose if you took out the desert stuff and one cup of coffee that is close to 300-
cal.
But I was hungry still.
thanks for the help
I am back on fitday trying to make this work again.
