I am really discouraged lately. I did buy a tread mill so I would have more time to exercise, then I got. It really doesn't seem to matter what I do the scales keep going in the wrong direction, which just makes me want to give up. Then I snack and feel even worse.
I just feel like I am alone and noone understands. Do you think everyone that isn't on here is doing great and doesn't need us, or do you think they don't want to share that they aren't doing so well?
I am messing up the biggest gift I have ever been given in my life.
Hopefully that will help me get back on track..

Okay it has been FOREVER since I have been on here. I was wondering if anyone has the diet or guidelines for retraining the pouch. I need to get my fanny going in the right direction! I can eat just about anything, and that is not good!

I figured it up and at my current speed of walking it would take me 12 hours to walk a marathon.
12 hours to walk 27 miles , I told my Husband I want to do that , just to say I did , just for me.
I woke up thinking about it this morning and thought I don't need to do this alone and although he tries , He doesn't really understand the challange/accomplishment this will be, He hasn't been where we are.
So I was wondering , anyone else want to join me and walk a marathon in may?
I have been walking now that it is nicer , the other day I walked 2 miles , yep all at the same time hehe. I have been raking the yard and doing some clean up , been chasing my little one in the back yard.
I am still having problems with eating I have finally given in and called the surgon about my hernia , I go see him 3/23 , I wanted to wait and have the plastics done at the same time, but there is no one to help out with Ali while hubby tends to me and this hernia needs delt with NOW (I can get someone to stay for 5 days thats it.) so I can get back to eating better and excersizing more.

Its winter time, cant get out and walk.
March is birthday month in our family (11 of em!!) thats a lot of cake! Cant hurt feelings
Im getting too old to lose weight.

I forget my supplements often.

Not focusing so much on food
Posting on OH for more support when I need it

I have gotten lazy and careless and love myself too much to stay that way!

Beginning weight was 334 Lowest was 212 ( for a day ) Now I am up to 260 !

1. It's too cold to go out to do anything.
2. I watch my grand daughter and she wears me out .

1. stopped logging my food .
2. too much grazing at night .

1.Get some exercise in. ( I just ordered a new mp3 player mine broke)
2. See numbers on the scale go down...Again.

1.start logging into fitday/sparkpeople again.
2.up my protein
3.substitute my 4Ctea for water more. And get more movement into my day.
