Hope you all have a good day. My pedometer said I did 5.24 miles which is about 9,100 steps ! Thanks to my grandson wanting to be outside most of the day..Looks like it's gonna be another beautiful day Just me and granson (Tyler) today hubby is going to the insectarium with his brother Kyle. Maybe we will go out walking some place other than around the neighborhood. Hope you all have a good day .... Sandy

Sandy, you are a walking fool!! I wish I could log as many steps. Since I haven't been doing that challenge anymore I don't log my steps, but I think I'll be that sucker on for today since I'm going to be cleaning house and will get more steps. Hope you have a pretty day in PA it should be nice as well in VA! love donna

Good morning to you also. I did my elliptical and had a good work out. And the weather here is awesome- even though I have to work. Was able to ride the bike (motorcycle) to work. I love it when I can. Its a jeans and pink t-shirt kind of day. How old is your grandson? Hope you have a great walk donna

Donna, How long do you do the ellipitical. I am doing 30 minutes 3 x week. I am thinking about upping it to 40 minutes. That has been my success in toning up, I love my machine. When I first got iot. I could not do one minute. I also love to walk and love my ab lounge. TYake Care Barb

Going shopping for some size 10 pants. YES THE 12s are baggy !!!! My daughter is losing weight also. She was a size 18. My losing weight and eating healthy has rubbed off on her. She is in my 14s now. I told her to keep going and she can have my 12s. Im so proud of her. She is doing so great!!! graduating from cosmotolgy and management school at the end of the month. 2 years ago she was a full blown addict. I am so glad I have her back !!!!! She gained alot of weight fighting her addiction. Now she is losing it the healthy way. eating right and excering. Take Care Barb

afternoon Barb, I do the elliptical for 45 minutes 4-5 times a week. It is at the gym in work. I love it. At first I couldn't use it at all. I would use the treadmill and kind of glare at this big piece of equipment. Then I started on it with low resistance for 20 minutes. Both pieces keep track of the calories burned. On the treadmill I was at about 300 with the elliptical I can get to 500 for the 45 minutes. I have been working 45 minutes for a while, I need to up the resistance now. I love to walk also but by the time I get home from work, get dinner and finish up with the kids and there homework I am so beat. I have been looking at the ab lounge just from your positive comments on it. Right now I have spent so much on clothes that it is have to come up with the extra 100. Especially were I have a full gym at work. donna

Thats like me. I have bought a ton of clothes. My husbands clothes may need to be moved to another room. Then I try them all on. My room sometimes gets kind of messy !!!! Because I try on so many clothes trying to get ready and then have no time to hang them back up,. I need to work on this. I am going to up my ellipitcal to 40 minutes. It is great that you do 45 minutes. I was doing it 5 times a week and was building to much muscle in my legs. So I went down to 3 x a week. and walk 5-6 times a week. Also if you get that ab lounge. Get the black one or the one with the side handles and side straps. I love my ab lounge. I got me a new bicycle last week. and me and my grandson went riding. He looked over at me and grinned and said. I never new you could ride a bike. I (lol) and said yes i can and took off and left him. He was peddeling away to keep up with me. So cute. Take Care Barb
