Hi - Sorry, I've lost track of how many miles I've walked. A minimum of 2 miles a day, except 4 days in which I skiied. And today, walked 5 miles. But, I definately need to start tracking it on fitday!!! Thanks for the reminder! Shannon B.

It wasn't like our normal meetings. Susan wasn't there leading it. We had a protein taste. I think there were about 8 different things to try. It was a lot of fun and it is always nice to meet people. I met 4 new people tonight. I hope you are feeling better
