What's ahead for us - please read!

Hey cutie, yes, stop worrying. Did you ever fill out one of those little things that appears I think on the bottom of maybe the main page, or something, where you do your weight before surgery and then it charts it all along? If not, I'll try to find out where it was for you. But I did mine, before surgery, and it's like a chart that shows all the months and the weight I will be at that particular time. Strangly enough I think this might be the first month I am off, not sure cause I'm not at my 8 month yet. But for all the other months, I pretty much was on target. That is for last month I was only targeted to lose 7 pounds, and guess what, I did. So that made me feel like I was at least on plan. I'm like you Micha, I have so much trouble with meat. I still can't eat roast, steak - sometimes hamburger is okay. I think that's why I got in the bad habit of having crackers and cheese and then fudge bars. They were so easy to go down. One thing, I hear this all the time, but maybe if you tried to up your calories it would help you to lose. Maybe have more protein drinks/bars or something and try to get in more calories. 500 is deinitely not enough, honey! Take care, and take a deep breath. I had lunch with Jewels on Monday, she's on this board and lucky for me she also lives and works near me so we lunch as often as our schedule permits. But anyway she said something that really made sense, and that is she just doesn't worry cause she knows it's going to happen. And I think that is true, it is going to happen. Keep telling yourself that and relax!! love donna
