I dont really eat alot of solids either. I am happy with yogart ,oatmeal and soup, salads and fruits. I am going thru a weird faze. I just dont want to really eat anything else. I like this stuff. Its almost like I crave it. I even eat oatmeal alot for supper or soup, or salads. And I know this is weird but. I get excited about my oatmeal in the mornings
I am so glad to hear someone else is craving oatmeal!!! Im the same way!! Love it!! And Im not too concerned about eating these days,,and if Im not careful Ill fall into a rut of eating the same things,,like you, softies. Soup, pudding, oatmeal, they are so much easier. Cant do salad at all,,dont wanna either.
Today though, I made myself eat something solid,,I grilled a tiny 2 ounces of steak on the foreman,,and cooked some mixed veggies (which I NEVER eat!!) The steak went down well,,the veggies feel stuck. Hate that feeling. Should have eaten oatmeal!!!
I drink a protein shake a couple of times a day too...or hot choclate tht I make from powdered milk, splenda, non dairy creamer and cocoa,,adding a scoop of protein to it.
Food just does not appeal to me anymore though....and thats ok,,,,
