New pic up and great doctor visit.

Well i posted a new picture, some had asked that i do that. Where does the time go? I had my 7 month check up. My doctor said he was very happy. Thats a first. Hes a tough one to get a response like that from. I didnt realize I had lost 50 lbs since i had last seen him. I felt like I had been on the silly plateau forever but then i hear him say the numbers and im like wow i guess that month and 1/2 didnt hurt me too bad. The weight is moving a little again slow but steady. Ill take it any way it comes. Everyone hang in there. You can do it. Tammy O
