Howdy y'all!
Hey from the deep south. Sorry I've been absent for so long, I've been swamped with offline stresses. I'm in the middle of a new job, and tomorrow I have to meet up with the big boss about a major reorganization.
So I really need to update the Averages, don't I? So here's the deal... I'm just gonna start fresh and keep all the old info! So post away to me here, let me know where we are.
Here's my story. I weighed in today at 263.5 pounds, by far the lowest I've weighed in over 15 years. I am 43.5 pounds from my goal. I've lost 186.5 pounds from my highest and 163.5 pounds from the day of surgery. My month long stall has finally ended, and I've lost 8.5 pounds in the past two weeks.
I'm in size 42 pants, down from a size 64 at the time of surgery. I've lost over 24 inches on my waist, which is longer than my oldest kid is tall.
I've got to lose 2.07 pounds each week between now and my surgeryversery to reach my goal weight in one year. When I started, I had to lose 3.98 pounds per week, so I've really lowered that number.
I've lost 79% of my excess weight, making me over 3/4 of the way to goal! I've lost 38% of my total weight, making me less than 2/3 the person I was. At goal I'll be less than half the person I was. (Half is 223.5 pounds, goal is 220 pounds.)
To date, I've lost an average of 5.27 pounds a week.
So now it is your turn. At the minimum I need to know the following:
Your surgery weight:
Your surgery Date:
Your goal Weight:
Your Current Weight:
How tall are you in inches:
The spreadsheet figures out everything else.
