Am I eating too much?
I ate so well today, but still feel I ate way too much. Please give me opinions people! How does this compare to your eating?
5:30 a.m. Cup of coffee with 2 ounces of 2% milk and splenda (this is when I take my vitamins, b12, fish oil and flaxseed)
9:00 a.m. 1 scrambled egg (no oil or butter), 1 slice cheese and 3 halves of turkey bacon (tomorrow no bacon, that is unnecessary)
1:00 p.m. 2 pieces of roasted chicken and string beans. Package measured 6 ounces at the scale at the deli and chicken had bones in it which I -of course- did not eat
2:30 p.m. 1 grande decaf from Starbucks with *shame* half and half and splenda.
5:00 p.m. Handfull of peanuts (I was starving! I need to find a quick snack for the late afternoon, it is becoming a problem, I am always hungry by 4:00 p.m.)
6:45 p.m. 10 steamed shrimp and string beans and broccoli.
8:00 p.m. 1 AchievOne protein drink and vitamins.
During the day I packed in 2 - 30 ounce containers of water.
Ok, so how does this measure up to what you are all eating? It does seem like so much food.
