Pcp said not a Hernia

Remember I thought I had a hernia. Because I still have that knot in my stomach. He said it is not a hernia and he seems to think it is muscle bunched up. . Yeah I am glad. I dont want anymore surgerys. I dont want a tummy tuck. I will except what I am left with. He said to keep doing what I am doing. and I will not have alot left over !!! He said I only need to lose 15 more pounds. I got my blood work done and will be seeing my surgeon in the next few weeks as well.
