Finally I weigh under 200 lbs.!!!!!

It took me longer than I was hoping but finally I weigh less than 200 pounds. I got on the scale Saturday and it said 194. Now the tears that fall when I step on the scale are not of shame but of joy! I haven't weighed under 200 since I was in eighth grade. I still look in the mirror and I am shocked that I was able to lose 102 pounds. I went out saturday night and I was carded at the bar and the woman had to look twice! LOL My aunt , who knew the bartender, had to tell her that my ID was really mine! I am really starting to feel like a brand new person!!!! Melanie

Melanie, I am so happy for you. When I was 199-201 for weeks, I thought I would die. Such a tease. But to get to 194 - wow that was a big jump. Good for you. You were carded = that is wonderful. This is an amazing journey isn't it!! We are so lucky. It hasn't been without work, that's for sure, but worth it -- in a New York minute!! love donna
