Why do I stay away!!
Hi Kelly,
I went through that for about 2 months myself it will eventually pass as your pouch matures. I am 6 months out and do fine now. During that time I had to eat in another room away from my 2 year old because she was so finicky it would stress me out and put my stoma*****nots. Just ride it out it does get better. It started happening to me about 2.5 months out.
Hugs,
Marcey
Hi Amy, love the little pup on your picture. Who is that?
Yeah, I think we all did the ww thing. And it always killed me when I joined and they would say 'have you ever been to ww'!! I wanted to say, first off, who hasn't, and second, oh yes, about every six months or so!! I can't remember what my record was for staying, but it was never for more than six months. Yet I bought all the stuff -- the cookbooks, everything!!

I did not see a pole there, but I can't say for certain. It was my first time, and my angel Julie (Pfaff) picked me up to go- it was her first time, too. It was really great to talk to folks who are at different stages, and to see the success everyone has had.
I think it is awesome that Cheryl has a menu made up for the LCBB- way to go, girl! Pole or no pole, you rock! It was also nice to put names with faces, so I know who I am conversing with on here. I'm sorry we did not get to meet you, yet. Next week, maybe?
See you soon!
Christine
Yes, I too am a WW dropout ! I don't remember how many times I joined. The first week I was so charged I would lose 10 pounds after the third week or first stall ( which ever came first ) I would give up. Then again even after being away for about 10 years the same person had the same story he told at the meetings. I could probably repeat the whole speech so that was no encouragement to me. The best "lifestyle change" I have been on was Atkins that was for about 6 months and I had lost 30 pounds. Then the holidays came and the scale went up...Yes , I saw the magazine also but didn't have a chance to check it out...

Hey Sandy, yup, you're just like me!! That was the funny thing about ww - I knew it so well, I COULD be a lecturer. But I just couldn't do it. I've actually thought maybe I should go back now, cause maybe it would help me sort of keep on track.
I know I've had the surgery, but I still have the same head games with myself regarding food. It will always be an issue.
Thanks for your post!
