My sleeping pill is making me sleep walk and snack this has happen 3 times in 2 weeks. Last night I got up and ate a choclate bunny and a peanut buter egg. Is anyone else having these problems. I am going to get off off them after my trip. I wake up and find the wrappers. One time I thought I was dreaming I did that. and my grandson told me different. I ate marshmellows and cookies. I am doing this in my sleep. God that ****** me off. Take Care Barb

Barb, People magazine just did a report two issues ago about this. How people are sleep walking and doing things they have no recollection of doing. I have a neighbor that does this and her kids tell her the next day. Tell your doctor about it...it's becoming more out in the open as people are reporting this. One woman woke up and there was a brand new Honda in her garage! She had NO memory of going and buying it... I'm surprised you're not dumping in your sleep. Unless you do and don't remember... Paula

I might be. I know I have posted stuff on here before and didnt know I posted it until I read it the next morning. I am worried about this but cant sleep without it. One night I bid on these ugly jewelry pieces on ebay and won. Had to pay for them. I have a appointment with pcp tuesday. I will have him change my sleeping aid. I am also still very depressed and need my meds changed. I just feel real nerves. I dont know if this is the weight loss or what. I am getting blood work then I go see my surgeon for my 6th month. Thanks Barb

Have you ever tried melatonin? I use to have the worst time sleeping I had read something about melatonin. Its a natural product the doctor told me it was fine to take. I did have to take a few more than what it said but they did help me relax to sleep and no groggy feeling in the morning. Melatonin is somthing your body produces naturally to help you sleep and as we get older it tends to not be produced as much. Thats how it was explained to me anyway. Good Luck Tammy O

Oh my god, that's my worst nightmare. I take ambien and I do have conversations with people that I don't remember . I usually dream that I'm smoking (I quit 15 months ago) but I know I'm not cause we've got no cigs in the house. If I start dreaming that I'm eating, I'm throwing them out! I was thinking of asking my dr for lunesta instead, I've heard good things about it. Micha

When needed, I do take Lunesta and it works really well. I can't take Ambien because it did nothing for me. Paula
