I am only obese now!!!!!!!!

Well my bmi is now 39.4 and am down to 253! So am feeling really great right now. I am really pleased with it. Just wanted to brag a little. I can walk much further and also do more as far as housework etc. And love shopping!!!! Peggy

Thanks Lori. I go for my "6 month" checkup..little late cause i had the flu earlier this month. And so am hoping she don't complain too much as they expect us to lose 100 pounds in 6 months and i have lost 93 in almost 7...but I am happy with it. Hugs Peggy
