How many carbs and Fat??

Could someone tell me how many carbs and Fat grams that we are suppose to be getting in on each day. I think that I may be getting too many. Thanks, Michelle~

I do between 90-100 carbs 30-40 grms. Are you using fitday.com alot of people do the south beach or adkins and stick under 60 carbs. I do not do this. My Doctor say 90-100 is good. Take Care Barb

my surgeon's nutritionist told us 100-120 carb grams and 30-50 fat grams daily. I don't get that many carbs, but with all the cheese I eat, I usually have that many fat grams. HTH.

Hi Michelle, I don't have specifics, but I've heard that you aren't supposed to have more carbs than protein -- in other words if you have 50 carbs you should have at least 50 protein. I personally have to watch carbs, I think they really stick to me, so I try to be aware. My husband is trying to do the South Beach (as Barb said) and so we don't have many carbs going on in our house. But I do love crackers, melba toast, triscuits. I try to keep the carb and fat count on those down. I too use fitday! Love it!! I got the pc version and it is wonderful. The free one was good too, but I so much love the pc version. love donna
