eye sight

On all I've read about this surgery, I didn't know that one of the complications was loss of eye sight. One woman was on a morning program (sorry don't remember which one) and lost her site due to lack of vitamin A- I take my vitamins but wasn't sure if others knew this. I also didn't look into it as of yet. donna
