7 months out....124 pounds gone :)

Good morning all Well, This weekend was my anniversary. I am now 7 months out, and the scale has finally started to move again! YAY! I just hate when it stalls out. I immediately start thinking...well, if I don't lose any more weight, it has all been worth it. And it has!!! But I really, really want to get down to under 200. This morning I am at 204. Wooohooo. I am pretty sure the last time I weighed 204 I was in jr. high school sad, but true. I am going to have the hubby take some pictures tonight of me so I can post them. I have kept a progression photo album. It is really great to look back at it. So far I have lost 124 pounds and 104 inches. Hope you have a fabulous day! hugs, Tracy

Tracy, You look wonderful! I checked out your pictures and WOW, what a difference. You've worked so hard for this and if you slow down to lose a little at a time until your goal, so be it. Slow an steady wins the race. I'm proud of you! paula
