6mths check up
My 6mth check up with dr Dewitt was Wed, I had lost 149 lbs, he said I was doing great. I still have about 110 or so to go but I will get there. I have completely stopped the protein shakes and bars, I am able to get all 60 gr proteins from food (what dr recommends) I eat 4 times a day and it seems to be working well for me. I will change if I need to. I don't exercise everyday but I am doing better on that.

Congradulations Angie...you are more than halfway towards your goal!!! I am eating a lot more protein than you< about 85-100 grams a day and still for breakfast a Protein shake... I have always hated breakfast so to drink it and get protein...I feel like I've died and gone to heaven and It is CHocolate on top of all that!! Life cannot get any better!!

woo hoo!! Way to go Angie!!! Now let me ask you, since it seems this is a concern lately of everyone on this board. Are you still losing a lot every week, or have you slowed down?
That's good you can get your protein from food. For me, I still have some food issues (not being able to eat much and many things) so I tend to stick to the protein drinks.
