I am so happy for you Micha. I am not that far from when I first got into onderland and I remember the magical feeling. It.s like I've always said, going up 199 is traumatic, coming down, it's magic!! Have a great day!! And journal your thoughts!! love donna

Congrats. It is amazing how much those little numbers mean. It is ok when you get to low 200's. But the minute you go down to that magical 199 it is awesome.......... donna
