4/4 Miles ?

So far I have gotten in my 2 miles per day I just need to get back on track with all my other regular exercise. I have been slacking BAD over the past week and my food choices haven't been that great either. Today is a new day and I am getting back on track!! Anna

Hi Sandy, I didn't go to water aerobics this AM because we were supposed to have an appointment with an estate planner at 10:00. So far he is a no show. Grrrrrrrr And I am missing my class for some BOZO.... We are practically drowning here in Northern California. So sick of the cold , blowy, drizzly, pounding, relentless rain. The ground is like muck if you accidentally step off the sidewalk.(Someone repost the whahh whahh to me when it get 100 this summer OK??) Oh the doorbell just rang.He's here 30 minutes late. Oh well better late than never. Gotta go. Nancy S. PS I will swim laps in the pool or go bike riding if I can get a break in the rain later.

I'm not sure I guess it sounds like everyone is counting regular walking that you do during the day? I am not counting that for me, I believe most people walk a couple of miles a day just in their daily life and I want to go above and beyond the norm for the health of it so I am not wearing a pedometer during the day I'm only tracking the official walking I am doing as "exercise" walking...anyway here it is. 4/1-none didn't know about challenge (just Curves that day) 4/2- 2 miles 4/3- 1.5 miles (and Curves) 4/4- 2 miles 4/5-2 miles (and Curves) Total so far 7.5 miles....I'll check back in a few days. I hope no one is offended by me not counting my regular walking, every step does count but for ME my goal is to push myself to do more (trying to kick up the weight loss a little here)!
