4/4 Miles ?

Boy did I blow it today. Didn't do a thing. Kind of chilly today and I have been feeling tired....( I know excuses , excuses ) Oh well tomorrow is another day... Sandy

I did 1.68 miles, I stink too! Kind of busy evening though. Got off work & fixed supper, then off to lead youth group at church! Yep, excuses...I'm full of 'em! We'll do better tomorrow. I'm off for the day!

In between the rain, I managed to walk 2 miles today. Shannon B. P.S. It has been so rainy and gray lately, I'm starting to think that I will need a boat soon.

I got in 3 miles yesterday,and 2 of the 1/2 miles were up hill.

I wore the pedometer all day and without trying I did 2.67 miles......does that count or should I be going over a normal day?????????PLEEEEASE tell me

hay if ya ask me 2 miles is 2 miles however you track it....lol I don't have a Ped so I figured out mileage with my car of different routes and it seems in my small town 1 block is 1/10th of a mile ,others do it on tread mills or by vidio tape, keep up the good work Shel

Hey shel......i live in a small town also....i walk the block 10 times and its a mile........(by the way I got family in erie)

I got in two miles at lunch. But then I got in 400 meters in the pool. That should count for something, I'm still hurting from that!
