Here is my new message

You know what I hate about answering machine messages? They go on and on, wasting your time. I mean, all they really need to say is, "We aren't in, leave a message." That's why I've decided to keep mine simple and short. I pledge to you, my caller, that you will never have to suffer through another long answering machine message when you call me.

Mine once said " I'm either not home ot not in the mood ,Do us both a favor and just leave a message". My mother had a FIT and made me change it.....lol

I'm an Account Manager (AKA Bill Collector) for auto finance company. You would be AMAZED at what people put on their machines..... The ones I HATE, ore the ones that have like 2 minutes of music THEN the message...LOL...... they are just running up my TALK time... Then there are some that swear, offer favors, etc, Don't people think before they put these together??? What about if someone is calling you about a job interview???? LOL... Tanya 358/265/185

I did have one that said "HELLO.....(pause)......we cant get to the phone leave a message...you don't know how many people tried to talk after the Hello..... PS...I havent applied for any jobs recently
