Off I go,,,

Going to get dressed and head down the road to get my blood work done. I'm kind of excited to see how I'm doing.I'm not usually happy to get blood work done but.... In some paperwork I got at the last support meeting I read that it suggests you not take your vits for I think 48-72 hours. I did take the vitamins yesterday morning but nothing else so I will see how the other things are going. Maybe I'll stop at the rec center on my way home and get some walking in . Sandy

No problem. I talked to the tech and she said another girl from there just had a surgery about 6 weeks ago. She said the girl was upset because she stopped losing. I told her about this site hopefully she will visit. I also told her that everybody stalls it's normal and it also depends on how much you weigh in the first place. Guess I won't get any results till I get home from vacation and see the DR. So now the waiting game.... Sandy
