I'm feeling pretty rotten this morning. First, I forgot this weekend's chat. Then, I"ve yet to post my update for the week. And I don't think I've updated the averages site all week long, although my copy at home is up-to-date with everyone's information. It's been a rough week, and I'm really scared of today's weigh in... I'm afraid I've gained. Again. So sorry guys, I'll try to do better!

Michael, Don't beat yourself up over the little things. You do so much for us as a group... keeping track of our weekly weigh-ins and such and you are such an inspiration. We all know you are having some problems and now its OUR turn to support you. We all have weeks where the weight stops or UGH goes up.... I weigh every day so I know that it plays a game with your mind. If there is anything at all I can do to help you or any support you need just let me know... I don't post a whole lot but I check in every day and I feel like I know you all like my family. Just remember... even if the scale is mean to you the inches are probably dropping off (advice I need to take for myself sometimes) I know it hurts when the scale numbers don't reflect what we want to see BUT the numbers will eventually start dropping and you will be at your goal weight before you know it!!!! Keep your chin up and if it takes you longer to update so be it. I know we all appreciate everything you do for us but sometimes you have to take time for YOU!!!! You have had alot to go through this past year and I am sure you have alot of head battles to face. Just keep in mind that we all love you and support you. I hope this coming week is better for you than last week Anna

First off YOUR not bad. You maybe going through a rough time, things may be rotten for you right now but YOU ARE NOT BAD ...Remember to do your best to keep your thoughts positive. If you read a lot of people's post especially in the last month or so, we have all gone through this depressed scared stage. You actually have been one of the most positive people that has help a bunch of us through it. Now it is your turn. We will help as much as we can. Even if you did gain, and hopefully you won't try to think ahead of what you need to turn this around. Is it your body just relaxing a bit before another loss? Do you need to change your routine up a bit? Believe it or not I skipped two days of exercise- gave myself a very short break, then went back on the protein, water routine and started to loose again. Keep a positive attitude it is the most import thing to change. It is the little voices that bring our self esteem down that got us to that awful weight gain to begin with. Your friends here are routing for you. donna

I think it is very ironic that a bunch of us are all going through hard times right now. Noone is upset that the numbers haven't been updated. We all know that you have a life and that whatever is going on at home, work etc. is a far bigger priority than the update. Just hope things get better and this week is more on the up side. Christine

Michael; I for one want to thank you for all that you do for us. I find your updates on our weights are exceptionally done and I really appreciate all of your hard work. Don't "beat your self up" You have had a hard time lately. I think what you do for all of us is wonderful! Keep up the good work. And you are appreciated.... Thanks for all you do! ~Michelle Allard~

Oh my goodness Michael. You have nothing to feel sorry for. You have been through so much and bounced back so fast. God Bless you. I'm sure whatever the scale says is just your body's way of catching up with all the stuff it's been through. Tomorrow will be a better day and next weeks weigh in will make you feel better. I promise.
