6 MONTH VICTORY! 90# GONE FOREVER!!!!!

I just wanted to do the happy dance! Since Sept. 1st, 05 I have lost 90#! I can't believe that I only have another 10# to hit the century mark and another 55# to hit my goal weight...YAHOO... Yes, you can loose weight with the lap band but like anything, you have to do the work. It's been a journey and a very positive challenge, and it's working. I actually fit into a pair of jeans that I've hauled around with me in hopes that I would one day fit back into them. That has been over 8 years ago. They fit now and are actually too big! LOL...yes elastic was my best friend for many years, but no more ! I plan to do some shopping when I hit the 100# mark. Up until now, I have been wearing my "heavy" clothes and am looking forward to shopping for some "lighter" and a more stylish look !!! Congrats on your weight loss Janet...keep it up gurl! Ally
