Moods

I was wondering if anyone else is going through this also.... I am very moody... one minute I am happy, the next i am grouchy... I am constatly fighting with my husband, Seems like every little thing bothers me...(with him).. But some days my mood swings are so unpredictiable..You all think it's just me?

Im battling this alot right now! I just went to the doctor to get my meds increased. How is your weight loss doing? Jenny

My weight loss is going ok..I've been stalled for awhile down about 60-62lbs, which I am happy with.. but very moody

I went through a moody stage at about 2-3 months out, I was told that with all the changes in your body that take place your hormones go crazy. I would check with your doctor to get his opinion. Mine lasted about a month or so. Krista

Heidi, You're not alone...I've been battling moods and depression most of the winter. I feel like I'm finally "coming out" of it now that spring is starting to come. My surgeon told me that I will run the gamut of emotions and he was right! I think it's a lot to deal with, changes in eating, lots of weight loss, new us! Sometimes our moods/emotions take a while to catch up with the progress we're making physically. paula

Had a friend in local support group who had surgery the week before me. She will hardly talk to me now. She said she has experienced some of this at work and such. When i see her i worry she looks so grumpy all the time hardly ever smiles. I hope she gets through whatever it is. I feel so excited when i go to these meetings and wish for everyone else the same.
