OK< I do not post often, but need to vent and scream a little!! I have always had a great outlook on my job and actually moved over the summer to get into what I thought was a better job location... with more support...same job different community.. BOY was I wrong!! I hate the new location as it just seems more draining than ever. Adjustment has not been going so well. And on top of it all, I had surgery in Sept and now am feeling like killing a co-worker for his lack of taking initiative and our lack of team work.. YUCK> I hate this angry stuff so much. I am actually having a conference with him Monday with our supervisor to yell at how little he does and how terrible this makes me feel. I have no support from him at all. Thank god for a great supervisor who makes me feel like I walk on water.. UGHHHHHHHHH and maybe cause I am not eating sugar and drinking caffine( I think I miss my 4 diet pepsie a day) I am feeling things more intensely. OK, I feel better just yelling. Here's hoping I can do the meeting without becoming so emotional that the message gets lost!! Any support would be helpful. ANyone else with raging emotions?? thanks all, jacqueline

Hi Jacqueline (my neice's name too) How disappointing that you went through all that trouble to move and everything and now you Hate It!!! As far as the sugar and caffiene. Just get it out of your head. They aren't going to help you in the long run anyway. Now I am not trying to tell you what to do, but I just want you to consider this. Sometimes we have these little chemical imbalances that make us ladies want to rage uncontrollably. Make an appointment with your doctor and ask him to try you out on some antidepressants. I take Celexa faithfully because if I don't the temper goes crazy and I feel like ripping people's heads off. It's not because you are crazy or out of control. Sometimes the chemicals in our brains just need a little balancing. About the loser fellow employee. Sorry can't help you there. Keep us posted on your meeting. Nancy S.
