getting hungery
Yep, I have oatmeal in the mornings. Instant oatmeal, one scoop of Vanilla Designer Whey Protein powder in it and 1 TBSP of flax seed. I am not hungry at all until 12:30-1:00. I also drink lots of water before breakfast with my thyroid meds, and half hour after until lunchtime. Sometimes I will have a protein shake if I get up earlier than usual, but I still have the oatmeal around 8:30-9:00.
