Looking for a better week
Thanks for all the support. My nephew's funeral was the past Saturday. It was extremely hard for everyone. I had great joy in taking care of his 6-month-old daughter. She was an angle. I didn't exercise all week and paid the price this morning. What a work out.
I did eat ok on average, but I ended up doing a lot of grazing. There was so much food, and every time I turned around one of us was running out for more. I was one of the lucky ones who were making sure that the food was all set. So I was in the eating areas for most of the 4 days.
For on going drinking I found that a large Dunkins Ice coffee with splenda lasted forever. (2 days) I also sipped on whiskey over ice verse drinking high calorie girlie drinks or wine. This helped a lot, because I didn't really drink that much. I did get my vitamins in and had a protein shake a day, usually before I left my house. My weight went down to 193--- was I shocked. But ended up at 195 this morning, still below last week. So all in all not to bad, and I am right back on track and hope to have a good week.
