I may be slower than some of you in the weight department (75 pounds since 9/19/05) but I just put on a pair of pants that were a bit snug a few weeks ago (size 24) and they are very loose and baggy. I was amazed that the other day I have been wearing size 20 pants. Wow! this is so amazing to go from size 28 to a 20 in 5 months. In fact my dresses were size 32!!! I am sure the exercising is helping me tone and gain muscle which is why I probably am not loosing pounds as fast. I just had to share this with all of you. Thanks for reading and listening to me go on and on and on!

Hi Debbie, I was told that when we're not losing weight, our bodies are losing inches...and vice versa...So, no weight loss may mean a lot of inches lost! Good for you! I too was in a 30/32 last summer and just bought a pair of size 20 jeans! That was a BIG accomplishment for me! Not that size for over ten years! paula

You guys are sooooo lucky! You are doing awesome. I started out in a size 26 and am now in a 24. The scale is down 95 pounds but the sizes just aren't. One of these days I'll catch up!

I think you're doin great (of course I've lost just about the same amount). For the whole month of feb I only lost 6lbs. But fit into a pair of pants that wouldn't zip a couple of weeks before . But SSSSSHHHHHH don't tell anyone I don't want to jinx it -today I got on the scale and was down almost 2lbs from yesterday maybe the old body is ready to give up some lbs. Yesterday I was at the Dr's office getting a follow up on my endoscopy and I realized that I was standing in front of a full length mirror (I try hard to stay away from them) fixing my hair and it didn't depress me to see myself. I'm still 210 and need to loose 60 more lbs to meet goal but I'm starting to feel normal, ya know what I mean?? Not ashamed anymore to be seen in public. Anyway feeling this way has made it all worth it, even the 3 ulcers I have. Micha

Doesn't it feel good ! I have gone from a 30 pants to a 22-24 depending on the way they are made. My tops I can still fit in . Now I have to work on getting more exercise in. Went to my dr. today because of my back. I have muscle strain ( guess from carrying my grandson around) so I am on muscle relaxers and pain pills for a while. Sandy

Awesome job Debbie. I want you to take the idea out of your head that youve ONLY lost 75 lbs 75 lbs is super oh my gosh could any of us have done that before? I know i couldn't. I am losing a little quicker than some but i figure its gonna all even out later, at some point im gonna hit the big stall and others are gonna still be losing. I attribute my weight and sizes lost to the job i have i am on my feet and moving 8-12 hrs a day at work up and down ladders bending and lifting, its an awesome workout. Keep up the super job your doing you are so beautiful. Tammy O

Thanks Tammy. Wow, what kind of job do you do that you get that kind of exercise? I guess you don't have to worry about going home to exercise since you do that all day long. I think that is just great! Keep up the good work.
