My update for all my September buddies: Weight pre-surgery 322 Weight now 238 Lost 84 lbs Height 5'3" Date of surgery 9/5/05 Goal Weight 140-150 with lean muscle Trying to get back to working out and lifting some weights. Good luck to all!
