September Averages Updates

Hello fellow September 2006 Members! This is your weekly average update. This is the first update since my kidney surgery, so let me once again thank you all for your prayers and support during my recovery. Some of the data in the chart is almost a month old, so this is probably not the most perfect update. I didn't delete anyone from the data, resetting everyone. Right now about half the people I have on the chart have updated, which is fine. Over the next two weeks the chart will get more accurate. Darlene S's Hubby, who I noticed changed her name, checked in with a personal highest loss of 150 pounds. Way to go! 9 other people check in this week with 100+ pounds lost since September. While we have 9 in the century club, we have more knocking on the clubhouse door. 11 of us check in this week with 90-99 pounds lost forever. Another 9 of us check in this week with less than 30 pounds to go till goal. Nicole Bottoms checks in closest to goal, with a mere 12 pounds to go! Way to go Nicole! 37 of us are in onederland. 3 of us weighed more than 400 pounds at surgery and now weigh less than 300 pounds. 16 of us are over 2/3's of the way to goal. 7 of us are over 3/4's of the way to goal. As a group, we've lost 55.5% of our excess weight, making the group over half way to goal in less than 6 months! All together we weighed in at 28440.7 pounds prior to surgery and currently weigh 21081.2 pounds. On average we weighed 296.3 pounds the day they wheeled us into the OR and today we weigh 219.6. Another interesting note... We have two members who today weigh less than what our maximum weight loss accomplishment. Kym and Heather Winkleman both weigh less than 150 pounds, the amount Darlene's Hubby has lost. Share that with your hubby, Darlene! He's lost a whole WLS patient!

LOL Thanks Michael!!!!! Sorry about the name change, Hubby was sick of being in the OH chat room, and having people look up his profile and say "Do you know you have a girls name on your profile?" LOL So I figured "Darlene and EJ" is much more appropriate seeing we share the profile.

Hi Michael, My pre surgery weight was 298 as of today I am 100 pounds lighter. My weight today was 198 my surgery was 9/20/05 Michelle Allard

Alright, I see in your next post you got the milk jugs... good. Now, as to the numbers... Items in red are below the forum's average. Items in blue are within a standard deviation of average. Items in green are above the forum's average. These are not judgement calls. We have people who have had a variety of surgeries, and some of them lag behind other for various reasons. At one point, I had one of each color.

HI Michael, I hope you are feeling well and what you do here is great. When I first saw the Dr. Juarez I weighted 336 pounds When I went to have surgery 9/19/04 304 pounds I now weigh 229 pounds

Can I start... If so here is my info Before surgery 346 Day of surgery 286 Today 188 Doctors goal 165 My Goal 150 Height 5'8 Surgery Date- 9.1.06 I do not know what else you need. Just let me know
