Off to San Diego!!
Yup, I leave tomorrow for a couple of weeks. I forgot to tell you guys the really fun part of this. Well one of my daughters, the one with SIX children, is going on a trip with her husband and the deal was that they would bring me out to San Diego if I would watch the kids. Ahhh, love to!! The oldest is 17 and the youngest is 4, so I have lots of help. This is going to be so fun. I can't wait. They're pretty excited too.
Here's the bad part, I couldnt' get a aisle or window seat on my flight out!! Yikes -- I am so nervous. The last time I flew out to California on a middle seat the twit next to me yelled - very loud -- 'I just need my space'!! I think I told you all that story. I was so humilated. I couldn't make my 290 lb body get any smaller, I was squeezed in as it was!! So I'm stressing about that.
Wish me luck!! See you when I get back. Michael, keep doing as good as you are!!
Maybe when I get back I'll be out of my stall. Certainly chasing around with six kids should do something for me, wouldn't you think!!

Your going to have a blast. My grandbabies make my day. They are a blast. Yes you will have the time of your life. Dont worry about your seat. Your going to have plenty of room. Just enjoy your vacation./ You have all that energy for your grandchildren. They are going to love you. You will need to show them your knew dance moves.

I still picture you in that stupid middle seat with a grin from ear to ear over the fact that you can buckel in and use the table. enjoy your self.

Donna,
Have a great time in San Diego, and don't worry about the plane ride, I think you'll be pleasently surprised. I travel a lot for work, and two weeks ago when I flew, I had the greatest experience. Not only did I fit in the seat, but I had about 5 inches of room on the belt to spare. Just think less than 6 months ago I had go thorugh the humiliation of asking for an extension! Then, I was in the window seat, lucky enough to have the row to myself, but I could actually cross my legs in the seat! Now, was that a hoot. Plus, for the first time I was able to take my lap top out, put in on the tray, and use it. I could never do that, I was so big I couldn't get the tray down! I was like the cheshire cat, laughing to myself in my seat...even the flight attendant asked me if everything was ok..she probabley thought I was nuts! I was just tickled by the whole thing!
Have a great time with your family, and enjoy the flight!
