WOW moment!

Hi fellow September '05 surgery buddies! After a couple weeks of the scale not budging, I have now rolled into the 170's with a two pound loss over the weekend. We took an anniversary trip to Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone and Tucson; did alot of walking and eating out - but something kicked in that loss. Whatever it was, I don't care. Just glad to see that scale moving again. 29 more pounds to go. YAAAY!!!

Congrats!!! I wonder if the scale finally moved because u ate a little more? I've noticed that my scale seems to move right after Ive had a day where I thought I ate "too much". Sometimes our bodies need a little more calories. Mandy
