Ive had all three. Bread is better if toasted. Remember everything in moderation and protein first. Usually I dont have much room left after the protein so i dont do that many carbs. My pasta and rice portions were given to me as 1-2 TBLSPs. I usually cant fini**** all. Im down 101 lbs since sept 13th so would say it hasnt stalled me at all. Everyone is different though so just keep a food diary when you try new things so you can pay attention to what effects you and how it effects you. Tammy O

I cannot do breads, wraps ,pizza crust ETC. I do have a cracker occasionaly and I do not like rice. I do have pasta on rare occasions as well but try to avoid to much.

I have tried small amounts of bread. I can eat crackers, but I have not tried to eat rice or pasta of any kind. My doctor said that I should not eat any rice, pasta or bread. I loved chinese food before surgery, but now I am afraid to eat it because there might be hidden sugars that I don't know about. I don't want to dump. I had my surgery on 9/20 and have lost 98 pounds. Michelle
