Weight loss stall anyone?
Hi Alicia,
You've lost an incredible amount of weight in a short time...maybe now, that you're stalled, it's because your body is trying to catch up with itself.
Don't fret, you seem to be doing such an incredible job. And it's around this time when we have to really work on the maintanence eating to keep it off. We start to slow down normally with this surgery at 5-6 months anyways...at least that's what I've read.
Slow is good, it took you years to get to your heaviest, so what if it takes a year to get to your thinnest...this way you'll do it in a healthy way and will keep it off.
Did you do the stall buster diet? If you need it, I have it..email me.

Im right there with everyone else. I was losing an average of 5lbs a week and now struggling to lose one. I lose a lb then up two then down three until finally boom im down about three lbs but it take forever for it to happen. I started out at 308 now at 204 onderland is teasing me i think. I figure it will move again have read alot of post of people stalling out around this time frame for a few months hope its not that long but if it is ill deal with it.

I am right in with everyone else on being stuck, the last 2 months have been very very slow I lost 9lbs last month and I have last a whopping total of 4lbs so far this month. I have lost a total of 63lbs since Sept 12th so I guess I should not complain. But when it goes from feeling like the weight is melting off to feeling like you are scraping it off with a dull butter knife it is really hard not to get discouraged. The thing that helps the most is going to read these posts and reminding myself that I am not alone. We will all make it we may just not get there quite as fast as we had in mind but as long as I make it I will still dance a jig when I get there!!!
