My stall Is over

I have been losing weight like crazy since I have come home I lost 5 pounds yesterday and lost another 2 today. I am just blown away. I am sick and I am not doing much of anything. I hope I am not losing my mussel. Today. I am 190 I just cant beleive my eyes. 30 more to go. I look so thin I look like I am 170. I have never look my weight. Because I was a machinist and carried alot of mussel with my obesity weight(Sp) I hope this keeps up. I am thinking about making my goal 150 because I am shrinking to. Take Care Barb

Congratulations Barb!! Maybe it was all that dancing at the wedding! I wish I would drop 5lbs in one day. I'm the slow and steady, about 2-4lbs a week. You should get a card in the mail today or tomorrow. Thaks again for everything. Linda R

I'll say it is!! You may want to reconsider your goal, Barb. I always hate it when people say 'oh you are getting too skinny' (no one has said that, but I know it might happen!!). But you know your body and when you feel good. I don't know what I'm doing these days. I bummed myself out by weighing so much and not losing that it was depressing. So I haven't weighed for over a week. I am going to tomorrow though cause it's my 5 month anniversary! I'll let you know how I did. I was hoovering betwee*****nd 200 for forever!! love donna
