FINALLY a size change!!!

Hi, I've whined here before that I haven't dropped any sizes. Well, my favorite pair of jeans are driving me crazy because I have to keep pulling them up! I went to the store today and decided to look at shirts. I wanted a couple simple things that might last a little while before falling off me. I picked up 18/20 shirts and went into the dressing room thinking I was nuts. They fit! Yeah! And they weren't tight, either! I teared up because I couldn't believe I wasn't in a 26/28 shirt anymore. I think 90% of my weight has come off the top 1/2 of me. My pants are only down about 1 to 2 sizes, but my top is much more. I've been having a problem with energy levels lately so I'm anxious to talk to the Dr. on Wednesday and see what's up. I had been addicted to exercise, and I've barely done anything for the past 2 weeks. I'm afraid I'm going to blow it and not lose anymore because I'm not exercising enough and I'm afraid I'm eating too many carbs. My vitamins, water, protein, etc. are all ok, so I don't think it's that. Is it normal to go through a period of feeling kinda crappy? Thanks for reading my crazy, rambling post! Jenn

Jenn, I am right there with ya. Sounds like we have alot in common. I have also lost most of my weight in my upper body- even though I am biggest in my thighs and hops. I haven't exercised since 1/27 either due to a back procedure I had done or depression. Not really sure which one. So anyway it does happen, I think everyone has crappy times. Some of us just more t more than others. Christine
