Thanks for the advice!!!!!!

I complained the other day about a stahl and asked for advice. Thats all it took the scale started agin. 195 today! That makes a total of 151 pound loss since dec 16 2004 or a 91 pound loss since surgery Sept 1, 2006. No matter what I have lost alot. The last 2 days me and hubby looked at pictures of me at christmas 2004 a little over a year ago, 14 months ago, when I was 346 and decided to change my life. Let me tell you those pictures sure helped with the head game of "I look no different" I sure is hell do look different, WOW! Any way just had to share.

Congratulations I still look in the mirror and see the same person. Hubby says he can see the difference but he is the only one in the family that says anything. My kids don't say a thing. What a support system I have If it weren't for hubby I would be very depressed. Then would come the sympathy grazing ( no one can tell I may as well eat ) Good thing I have this board to share my feelings with. Thanks , Sandy

You know Sandy, I had the same thing happen to me sort of when I had lost about 40 lbs so far. I was feeling great and svelt and I was bold enough to ask a friend of mine and my husbands how If he could tell I had lost any weight yet. Well to make a long story short he said "not really". I decided from that point on to concentrate on what I was seing and feeling and my new lifes little accomplishments like crossing my legs or wrestling with my husband and not getting out of breath. You did this for you right? So concentrate on how great it is making YOU feel. I looked at your profile and you are looking fabulous! Keep up the good work! Hugs Krista

Thanks Krista, Yes, I did do this for myself. I am feeling so much better now adays. I am so glad I did this for me. I only wish I had looked into this sooner. I guess a lot of people have thought of this too ! Thanks again, Sandy
