question about muscles

Does anyone shoulders ache? I know I hold my shoulders forward but it seems my muscles are deteriating (how ever you spell it) the dr said its because I have lost so much weight so fast. But of course no remedy for it except physcial therapy. Iam tired of hurting. Anyone else have these problems?

yes, mine do. My surgeon gave me a script to swim and excercise in a designated for disabled indoor heated swimming pool. I just went and did the sign up today. I cannot wait to start using it, hopefully this weekend. He said it should help. Do you have an indoor heated pool in your community?

that's funny because I noticed I have been hunching my shoulders forward too, because they hurt. can't wait to read other answers.
