ADVICE PLEASE!!!!!
Well I decided I need advice. I know everyone asks this all the time. But its my turn. I am at the end of the loseing ~32 pounds to go to reach docs new goal.. 165. I am at the sllllloooooooowwwwwwwwwwww stage. What can I do. I struggle to get 900 cals a day in. I think this might be my problem. I meet with a nutrionist in my area on the 17th. My surgeons is 3 hours away. I do keep in contact with them, they say I am doing good. I feel as though my body has stopped. I know this is not possible at 5 months out.~
I am logging my food, I excercise. I have not changed anything I do. I still struggle with calories ( as stated above) I always get 64 oz of water in. Struggle to get more but I try. I always get a minimum of 60 for protein.
I will take any advice out there.. Let it roll...
Well I am definitely not the one to give advice here, since I am on a stall as well. But why don't you read some of the responses to my post and see if any of that helps you. I think the key is to wait it out - and we will win. I'll be anxious to see what the nut says after your visit on the 17th.
Keep us posted.

Not sure I am one to give advice, but let's see it might help!! I would recommend increasing protein : Protein drinks have up to 20 grams of protein and can also count towards your water intake. I try to have one a day then up to 60 more grams of protein a day with a real goal of up to 100 grams of protein a day. Not that I make that goal, but I strive towards it. I never even consider calories and maybe I should, but count protein and water like crazy. And of course I have heard the weight loss slows at 5 months: let me see, I am about 5 months, OH NO!! I had surgery on Sept 16 and have lost a lot but also have more to go. Look at how intense workouts are: not time, but effort. that may help and by the way, I now writing this for ME TOO!! best wishes, jacqueline
