OPTISOURSE VITAMINS

I have bought the optisource vitamins from the very beginning of my surgery. I buy them ONLINE and they are shipped straight to my house also you get an extra little bottle with them so you get I think about 30 extra littles one plus have a purse size vitamin container to carry with you so you don't forget to take them. The reason you can't take all 4 of them at once is so your body absorbs all the vitamins if you spread them throughout the day then your body absorbs them more. Hope this helps!!
