Yea, I was busy partying... I'll follow this list even after I post my update later today. I broke through my stall and lost 5.5 pounds this week. More importantly, I lost 4 pant sizes the past 2 weeks, and now wear a size 48 pant. Smallest since 1990. So I'm pretty happy this week. I hope everyone else had a great week too. Highest Weight: 450 Surgery Weight: 427 Current Weight: 310.5 Loss Since Surgery: 116.5 Loss since high: 139.5 56.3% excess weight lost. 27.3% total weight lost. Happy camper here!
