Are you eating enough. 800- 1200 calories aday. Getting your protein water and excercise.
I know you already know all this. My weight loss has slowed down. But I would rather lose it slow. I excercise alot and want to have time to tone while I am losing. I dont want anymore surgeries. Trying to save money by excercise. I sure hope it works. I dont know what the last 40 pounds will do to me.
