Rats.
Well... I weigh my self every monday... and only on Monday. The reason is that I had my surgery on Monday, and I have a spreadsheet I keep all my data in about weight loss, and it is set up on a weekly basis. You can take a peek at http://homepage.mac.com/totalriot13/WLS112205.htm and see how it works.
As for dumping... oh yea. I dump. Several times a week. Eat to fast, dump. I was a scarfer pre-op and the slow eating gets to me sometimes.
As for exercise, I rotate between the elliptical, the bike and swimming. With some free weights at least twice a week.
Michael,
For 8-10 consecutive days a month, I stall. It happens every month, the funny thing is that during those 8-10 days (which I think is starting again) my clothes get bigger. So even though my weight stays the same, I'm losing inches. Don't get me wrong, I still **** and moan when the scale doesn't move, cause like all of us I want to get to goal. But the body has to catch up.
You've done great, don't get discouraged.
Micha
My docs theory is your body is preparing to dump a load of weight again. Seems true so far for me a few weeks ago i only lost 1 lb then i dropped almost ten the next week and a half. Keep plugging away this has been a slow week for me again. I finally lost a lb this am hopefully its moving down again.

Mike I think I have it figured out. Some of the lb's are just harder to burn. I figure they must have come from the really really good tasting speciality item we ate. So some of the stuff just melts away, but then you get one of those stubborn lb's. Well as long as you aren't going up in weight, tada you win. hehe
