Ab Lounger

Just wondering if anyone has an ab lounger? I ordered one today and I just wondered if it is going to kick my butt? And if you have one does it seem to be working for you? Thank you, Christine

What one did you order. I have the ab lounge pro. Yes it will do you good. I do 50 a day. Need to increase it. Mine is the black one not the blue. I love it. I also do the ab roller. That was only $29.00 that kicks my but as well. That works my upper back and arms as well as my stomach and abs. I love both of them getting ready to start my workout. Barb, I believe it was the pro that I ordered. It has a monitor to keep track of the sit ups and it has bands so you can work your arms and chest also. I ordered it this morning and it should be here in 5-10 days. Where did you get the ab roller? Today I actually took it easy. I did go for a walk today because it is a balmly 30 degrees out. I guess I am going to slide into this slowly(being alone). I wanted to tell you also that I mailed your instructions for the thigh master today. Sorry it took so long to get it out to you. The copy I made for you turned out pretty good. Considering the one that they sent me wasn't all that clear. If you can figure out how to do #2 let me know. Hugs Chris

Yes you got the good one. ( Your going to like it.) The hand bands make it so much better. I got my ab roller from a local sporting goods store. It really is a good work out. It is cheap to. I add that into my work out. I got mine from dicks sporting good store. They might have a online store. It rolls on the floor and you roll it back and forth and side to side. It tightens you back slims your waist and stomach. The kid at the store told me it is the best workout..He also said it takes time to work your way up. But it is worth the effort. It worked my arms so good I seen a difference in them in a few workouts. It cost me $29.00 Thanks for mailing me those papers. Hugs barb

Christine, I made a mistake. What I use is called the ab slide it is not called a ab roller. That is the one that tightens my back and arms and stomach and waist. I thought it was a ab roller. It is not it is the ab slide. Big difference. And I love my ab lounger with that. My sister has the ab roller. She really doesnt use it that much Hugs Barb
