Monday's Summary of Weight Loss.
I bounce around like that all the time. My most was 9 pounds. It is water it will go away. Just dont count that weight. ( put those scales away and only weigh in the morning after you go to the rest room. Never weigh in the day or night. That weight is not acurate. The next day I go to the bathroom all day. I am on water pills if I miss 1 pill I will swell up. I am on the water pills for a heart condition. Also the cheese may have stopped you up to. Fluids are very important. I know it is hard to get it all in.\
